The monthly JSE All-share Index returned 0.8% month-on-month in February after a –2.8% decrease was recorded in January 2016. Most of the major JSE sectors recorded negative month-on-month returns, with the exception of Resources (16%) and Technology (1.6%). The biggest negative returns were recorded by Consumer services (-4.8%), Telecoms (-2.8%) and Industrials (-1.8%).
