Latest data for November 2017 show that conditions remained tight, although a slight easing could be observed since around August. Compared with a year ago, the FCI is virtually flat. Three of the five constituent variables have tightened since the start of 2017, while the overall indicator was higher by 2% compared with January 2017 and up by 9.4% compared with January 2016.
