Latest data up to June 2019 show that conditions have eased slightly over the past four months. The average value of the FCI over the past 3 months was down by 2.6% compared with the previous 3 months, while four of the five constituent variables have shown easing to varying degrees. On a month-on-month basis, the overall indicator was down 0.3%, while the year-on-year change was -1%.
