Latest data up to end-March 2023, show that financial conditions have shown a generally sideways movement since mid-2021. The average value of the FCI over the past 12 months was down by 3.7% compared with the average for the previous 12 months. Comparing only the month of April 2023 with April 2022, the FCI showed a rise of 0.7% y/y. The month-on-month change was 0.1%.
