Four of the nine major JSE sectors recorded positive month-on-month returns in June 2023. These were: Industrials (1.0%); Healthcare (1.5%); Telecommunications (10.9%); and Financials (5.5%). Negative month-on-month returns were recorded by: Energy (-1.5%); Resources (-3.6%); Consumer staples (-1.5%); Consumer discretionary (-4.3%); and Technology (-0.9%).
